It looked at a lot of the nuts and bolts of career guidance policy systems, in particular focusing on England, but also taking in some other systems along the way. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It finishes with some discussion of the way that we can understand how policy is made and implemented. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For various reasons I decided to record a shorter version of this session as a lecture rather than an interactive session.
